Who we are

Norte Leads LLC ("Norte Leads", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. We sell exclusive freight factoring leads to factoring companies. You can reach us at sales@norteleads.com.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal information about visitors to norteleads.com and about the people we work with at our business customers and prospective customers.

It doesn't cover carriers who submit their details through our carrier-facing brand. Their information is covered by the privacy policy on that brand's website, which they see before they submit.

Information we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, company name, the CRM you use, your answers to our booking questions, and the time you chose. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com.
• When you contact us or become a customer: your name, job title, company, email address, phone number, the content of our messages, and the details of your orders, invoices and payments.
• When you set up delivery: the webhook address, email address or spreadsheet details you give us for receiving leads.
• When you visit the site: standard technical information that browsers send, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our hosting provider may log.

We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. Our booking page embeds Cal.com's scheduler, which may set its own cookies; Cal.com's privacy policy explains how it uses them. If we add any other tools, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

• To hold intro calls and answer your questions.
• To set up, fill, deliver, invoice and support your orders, including replacement claims.
• To keep business, tax and accounting records.
• To protect our business, enforce our Terms of Service and comply with the law.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add business customers' contact details to any lead product.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling, email, hosting, payment and invoicing providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
• A buyer of our business, if Norte Leads is sold or merged, under the same protections described here.

Lead data we deliver to you

When you buy leads, we deliver carriers' personal information to you. From that point you are responsible for it as an independent business. Our Terms of Service require you to use lead data only to offer factoring services, keep it secure, honor opt-out requests, and follow the laws that apply to your outreach. How long we keep it

We keep customer and prospect information for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal purposes, which is normally up to 7 years. Records of each lead we deliver, including when and to whom it was delivered, are kept for 5 years so we can answer questions about consent and delivery.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@norteleads.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We'll respond within the time the law requires. We may keep information we need for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to current customers by email.
