Lead standards

How every lead is made, what we check and how replacements work. Written for whoever on your team signs off on a new lead source.

How a lead is made

  1. 1

    Respond

A U.S. carrier responds to one of our factoring ads.

  2. 2

    Qualify

They answer a few questions: fleet size, current factoring and timeline.

  3. 3

    Verify

They confirm their phone with an SMS code and we validate their email. If either fails, the lead never reaches you.

  4. 4

    Deliver

It reaches your team the moment it qualifies, up to the daily cap you set.

Exclusivity and data

Each lead is sold to one factoring company and never resold to another factor. Exclusivity covers factoring only. Outside of factoring, we may use the lead, or share it with third parties, for other products and services, as permitted by law and the carrier's consent.

Every carrier agrees to be contacted before submitting, and we keep a consent record for each lead, available on request. Buyers agree to handle lead data in line with applicable law and our terms.
