Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Norte Leads LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Norte Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at norteleads.com (the “Site”) and our business-to-business lead generation services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.
1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Site visitors — people who browse norteleads.com.
- Prospects and clients — companies (typically freight factoring companies) that submit an inquiry, request a test package, or purchase leads.
- Lead subjects — U.S. commercial motor carriers (owner-operators, small fleets, brokers) whose contact information may be included in the leads we deliver to our clients.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
When you submit a form on the Site (for example, our lead-request form or contact form), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company name, role, work email, phone number, AUM range, monthly lead volume needs, current vendor status, and any free-text message.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. See section 6 below regarding cookies.
2.3 Lead subject information
Through our carrier-facing brand and its associated digital properties, we collect information from U.S. commercial motor carriers who voluntarily submit their information in response to advertisements or landing pages. This information typically includes name, phone number, email address, business name, MC/DOT number, fleet size, equipment type, and other qualifying data points relevant to a freight factoring inquiry. This information is provided by carriers with their consent, and they are informed at the point of collection that their information may be shared with factoring companies for the purpose of receiving offers.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Services;
- Respond to inquiries and provide test packages, quotes, and account information to prospective and current clients;
- Deliver qualified leads to clients who have subscribed to our Services;
- Send transactional and administrative communications (invoices, delivery confirmations, service updates);
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood in privacy legislation.
4.1 With clients (lead subject information only)
Lead subject information is shared with the factoring company client that has purchased the lead. Leads are delivered on an exclusive basis — each verified lead is sold to exactly one client and is not resold or reshared.
4.2 With service providers
We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, form processing, email delivery, CRM, analytics, and payment processing. These vendors are contractually obligated to use the information only to provide services to us.
4.3 For legal reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
4.4 In connection with a business transaction
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, information about you may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead subject information delivered to a client is retained in our systems for internal quality assurance, dispute resolution, and audit purposes for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and analyze the Site.
Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to function (for example, remembering your cookie preferences). They cannot be disabled through this Site.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not work as intended.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including but not limited to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah in the United States), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@norteleads.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
8. California privacy notice (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Lead subject information collected from carriers is transferred to the client that purchased the lead pursuant to the carrier’s consent at the point of collection, which we do not consider a “sale” under the CCPA; nevertheless, you may exercise a right to opt out by emailing sales@norteleads.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out.”
Right to Know, Delete, Correct, and Limit. California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected, to delete personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Submit requests to sales@norteleads.com.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization and identity verification.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site and the Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
11. International users
Norte Leads is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
12. Third-party links
